Frames & Sunglasses

Frames and sunglasses may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase.

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery or purchase.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, all products must:

• Be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

• Be returned with the original packaging.

• Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and accompanying materials, where applicable.

• Be free from scratches, damage, marks, or signs of use.

3. Contact Lens Return Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened contact lens packs, boxes, or individual blister packs will not be accepted for return or refund.

• Contact lenses must be returned sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Any contact lens product with damaged or altered packaging may not be eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products will not be accepted for return or refund:

• Products that are scratched, damaged, broken, altered, or misused.

• Products showing signs of use or wear.

• Contact lens packs that have been opened or unsealed.

• Products returned without their original packaging or original tags, where applicable.

5. Return Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection by View Point Optics. A return or refund will be processed only after the product has been inspected and approved as meeting the above conditions.

6. Refund Processing

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method or another applicable method determined by View Point Optics. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
